What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you with a return or exchange.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, it may be possible to cancel it by contacting our customer service team. However, orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
When will I receive my money back?
Credit will be applied to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days after the return is received and processed by our warehouse.
Why did I only get a portion of what I ordered?
Despite our best efforts, orders occasionally ship from different warehouses, even though we try to ship them all in one package. Please contact our customer support team for help if you did not receive multiple tracking numbers.
